In this cloud-based solution, totally 23 buildings have Akuvox Android doorphone R29F installed at the main gate. The indoor monitors that come with a non-cloud solution were replaced by 1,117 units of Akuvox's cloud-based mobile intercom app, SmartPlus, eliminating the additional building wiring and offering residents immense convenience on the go.
It is a perfect solution for all parties using the intercom system. The residents can use their faces to enter the building seamlessly. Right from their smartphones, they can talk to the visitor through audio or video, create QR codes for temporary access for service people or visitors, and check the door opening logs of public devices. Visitors can easily search the apartment number of the residents on the 7" touch screen device to call the resident or simply use the time-limited QR code to get building entry. Cloud-managed, -provisioned and -monitored, the system is super easy for property managers to manage all buildings from one screen remotely. All tasks like door release audit and building entry permissions can all be accomplished from an online dashboard.
