Our system detected the anomalous behavior in its cloud service on December 31, 2025. We have taken immediate action and resolved the issue completely.
Now, we provide detailed information about the incident.
At 02:00 (GMT) on December 31, 2025, a defect in the call logic for a third-party component within our program—which had an extremely low probability of being triggered—was activated on our servers deployed in Europe. This led to the repeated delivery of a very small number of historical events from the cloud to devices, resulting in unexpected door releases.
Upon the detection of the anomalous behavior, our incident response team immediately initiated the highest-level response protocol. The program was fixed and the issue was resolved within 40 minutes. Subsequently, we conducted a week of continuous stress testing and technical validation. We confirmed that the measures taken at the time have completely resolved the problem.
