Akuvox carefully design our warranty and RMA policy and process to make sure our
customers receive the best service and support after the sales.

Warranty Policy

Akuvox provides a two-year warranty starting from the date of shipment of the Akuvox products. Akuvox only accepts the products (under warranty) returned from direct purchase from Akuvox. If you have purchased the Akuvox product from any of our partners, please contact them directly to apply for the warranty.

    Please download the RMA form and fill in the form before attaching it to a ticket.

    You can send the completed RMA form directly to support@akuvox.com or you can create,
    submit, and track a ticket via our ticket system at ticket.akuvox.com.
